Google Kubernetes Engine Integration

Step 1: Prepare GKE Details

1. Secret Name
   • Example: gke-cluster-secret.

2. Cluster Name

   • Go to GKE Console → Click your cluster → Copy Name.

3. Zone / Region

   • Shown in cluster overview → Location column.
   • Example: us-central1-a or us-central1.

4. Project ID

   • Found in Google Cloud Project Settings.

💡 Tip: Authenticate via gcloud:

gcloud container clusters get-credentials <clusterName> --zone <zone> --project <projectId>

Step 2: Add GKE Credentials to Cokpit

1. Open Cokpit → Integrations → Kubernetes Cluster → GKE → Add Secret.

2. Fill in all fields and click Submit.
