Inviting Members

Learn how to invite new members to your team and manage their roles.

Inviting Members

Cokpit allows you to collaborate with your team by inviting members to join your workspace.
You can send invitations via email or a shareable link and assign roles.

Access the Members Section

  1. Open Settings from the left-hand pane.
  2. Select the Members tab.

Invite a Member

  1. Click Invite Member.
  2. Choose how to invite:
    • Email — Enter the user’s email address.
    • Link — Generate a shareable invitation link.
  3. Assign a role:
    • Member
    • Admin
    • Owner
  4. Click Send Invitation (email) or Copy Link (link).

Manage Members

  • View pending and active members in the Members list.
  • Update a member’s role or remove them from the team when needed.
